Lyons Tea Exchange Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days via Standard Delivery. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday and can vary. We do our best to ensure orders are filled as quickly as possible to get to you in a timely manner.

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Our standard shipping rate is $8.00 within the continental United States. Our express shipping rate (2 day shipping) is $14.00 within the continental United States.

International shipping rates are calculated at check-out, depending on your region. These are typically fulfilled by USPS or UPS and handed off to the local carrier in your country.

Orders shipped in the US are shipped either USPS First Class or UPS Ground, unless otherwise indicated in the shipping section at checkout.

Please note that all international shipments are subject to additional taxes, tariffs and duties upon delivery. These fees are determined by the country you are shipping to and not associated with the carrier shipping rates determined at checkout. Lyons Tea Exchange does not determine the additional customs fees and is not responsible for their cost.
