Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong items, please contact us at support@lyonsteaexchange.com. Photo documentation will be required when submitting your request.
As Lyons Tea Exchange teas are a consumable, change-of-mind exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. We will not issue refunds for change-of-mind at this time.
